Payment

Hexatec will release, deliver, and/or install any product(s) listed on this receipt upon full payment. All special orders require full payment prior to placement. Products are considered ready for release once full payment has been received.

For purchases at Hexatec Surveying, any additional amounts not specified on your invoice, arising from changes in the scope of work related to custom installations, must be paid in full at the time of request. Delinquent payments may result in the suspension of installation work and could lead to a lien being filed against the property in favor of Hexatec Surveying. Should it be necessary to perfect said lien, additional charges may apply.

Storage

Hexatec Surveying may not be able to store purchased items for more than five (5) days from the original date of purchase.

Dispute Resolution

The Purchaser and Hexatec Surveying agree to mediate any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this invoice(s), any breach thereof, or the Purchaser’s purchase of goods and/or services from Hexatec Surveying.

Warranty

The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in material or workmanship only. Manufacturers do not warrant product dimensions, naturally occurring cosmetic imperfections, damage resulting from abuse, misuse, acts of God, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Krakatau Store does not accept returns or exchanges, nor will it assume liability for any damages arising from uneven aging of the raster and/or phosphors in television sets. All warranties, including extended warranties, are issued directly by the manufacturers or extended warranty providers.

Hexatexc Surveying hereby disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Hexatec Surveying also disclaims any warranties, liability, and/or compatibility related to the installation of components provided by clients. Krakatau Store does not assume, nor authorize any third party to assume, any liability in connection with the sale of its products.

Hexatec Surveying is not responsible for any “loss of use” of products for any reason. Additionally, any furniture mechanisms, including but not limited to recliner and sleeper mechanisms, are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. All furniture warranties, including but not limited to those for leather and stone, apply under conditions of normal use and do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or normal wear and tear. This disclaimer does not affect the terms of any manufacturer’s warranty.

Tax

Sales tax is not separately calculated or collected on items ordered from Hexatec Surveying , unless explicitly stated during the ordering process. Items purchased from Hexatec Surveying may be subject to sales tax in the jurisdictions of Indonesia and Singapore. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with applicable state tax laws, the tax is typically calculated based on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges, and other service fees, less any applicable discounts.
